Young people ‘are so keen to raise climate change but are deaf to the COVID-19 danger’

In recent days, thousands of people have been seen queuing outside Centrelink offices after businesses shut their doors in line with government restrictions on non-essential business. Australians and the rest of the world need to brace for an economic shock not seen since 1931, when the Great Depression severely impacted economies, Mr Gleeson said. He also spoke of how young people are the key to limiting the impact of the deadly coronavirus in the nation.
