Former Liberal advisor David Gazard says the Pacific Islands should be shifting their focus towards China if climate change is a legitimate concern. Mr Gazard told Sky News that China is the biggest cause of climate change and if it is a major concern to these Pacific Island countries they should be pressuring China instead of Australia.
